The senior .help The actuator on/off is the executing element within the senior.help system . It does not make its own decisions , but works purely signal-based : As soon as xaxada or a connected sensor reports an event – e.g. , a movement, an emergency call, or a defined condition – the actuator reacts immediately and reliably .

It takes on the role of a digital switch:

• Light sources to illuminate a room when there is movement

• Emergency telephone to initiate a ring call to the defined participants

• Sirens or alarm lights to attract attention in an emergency

• Signal devices , such as buzzers or horns

• Opening or closing electric door locks

• Household appliances or security technology

The actuator is deliberately kept technically simple: it only executes what the senior.help system specifies. The actual intelligence lies in the senior.help cloud. The actuator makes no decisions, processes no data , and makes no assumptions . This separation ensures a clear division of tasks, maximum reliability, and easy maintenance .

One cable leads to the power outlet, another to the device – that's all that's needed.

The options allow you to order the person responsible for the corresponding action:

Electric bolt lock

You will receive the electric bolt lock, which is mounted directly onto the top or side of the door. The door is unlocked mechanically and remains open; from that point on, the electric bolt lock takes over the locking function.

The door will now be unlocked by an event or via a web switch; you can pass this web switch on to your next of kin to allow them access without you having to go to the door.

We can create time-limited links for you, e.g., Mon-Fri from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

You can define exactly who gets access to your home and when.

Events such as fire alarm detection, disruption of daily routine, and much more.

For safety reasons, the bolt lock opens as soon as it no longer receives a power supply - escape route.

Batteries or rechargeable batteries often reach their capacity limit at the worst possible moment, therefore the senior.help solution is delivered wired.

Devices with mains plug

With this option you will receive the product shown. It is simply placed between the device to be controlled and the power outlet and is ready for immediate use after being integrated into your wireless network.

Device without power plug

Cookers and ovens typically don't have a mains plug. In this case, an electrician must install our actuator in the fuse box or behind the cooker/oven. It has a direct network connection and is ready for immediate use once connected to the network.

With emergency telephone

In this configuration you receive a potential-free actuator in a housing which is simply plugged into the nearest available socket to your telephone connection.

The emergency phone itself is simply connected to your telephone line; it comes pre-configured and is ready for immediate use.

In case of disruptions to the predefined daily routine, the emergency phone initiates a ringback call to up to 3 people every 20 seconds. It only stops when the phone has been answered and the emergency call confirmed by pressing 0.

You will also receive a remote control to manually trigger the emergency call.

Electric water valve

The electric water valve replaces the manual water valve on the main supply line or is installed before the supply line to the bathroom or washing machine. In the event of specific circumstances, the valve closes the supply line to prevent water damage.

It can also be opened and closed via our web switch.
