Disclaimer
Risk and title to the goods pass to the buyer upon handover to the carrier (e.g., the postal service, DHL, DPD). We accept no liability for damage incurred during transport or for the loss of the shipment.
Please inspect the goods for transport damage immediately upon receipt and report any damage to the delivery driver immediately so that a report can be filed.
Shipping conditions
1. Delivery Area
We deliver our items exclusively to delivery addresses within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Deliveries to neighboring countries Germany, Italy, France, and Austria can be made via DPD.
All other countries upon request.
2. Shipping Partners
Shipping is generally handled by Swiss Post (or alternatively: DPD / DHL / Planzer). This guarantees reliable and fast delivery of your order.
3. Shipping Costs
We keep costs transparent and simple for you:
Priority (A-Post): CHF 15.00 up to 10 kg, from 10 kg to 25 kg CHF 25.00 including packaging.
Bulky Goods Surcharge: For particularly large or heavy items, we charge a surcharge of CHF 30.00.
4. Delivery Times
Processing Time: Orders are generally processed on the same day. You will receive an order confirmation with the delivery date (5-10 business days).
Delivery time Switzerland:
PostPac Priority: Delivery takes place on the next business day (Monday to Friday).
Delivery time abroad:
DPD: Neighboring countries: 5-10 business days
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
5. Shipment Tracking
As soon as we have handed your package over to the shipping provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email will contain the tracking number (if available), which you can use to track the status of your shipment online at any time.
6. Shipping Damage
We pack all items carefully. Should your package nevertheless arrive damaged, please do the following:
Check the package immediately upon receipt for any external damage.
Ideally, report any visible damage directly to the delivery driver.

7. Pickup (Click & Collect)
You can also pick up your order free of charge from our location in Zuchwil. Simply select the "Pickup" option at checkout. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready.
