Service Description

Take advantage of our installation service for complete setup in your home. Each of our senior.help products requires a wireless internet connection (WiFi), which needs to be connected to the product. When you purchase the senior.help Cloud, you'll receive a download link for a program that makes this connection incredibly easy. If you're not comfortable doing it yourself, our on-site setup service is available to assist you. The price shown, which varies depending on your location, includes the first hour and travel. Any additional installation time will be charged at CHF 250.00 per hour. You can also select this service as a delivery option during checkout in your shopping cart. We will need your internet provider's login details; please have this information ready for the setup. We will contact you by phone or email to schedule an appointment and provide the names of our technicians before their visit.
